Bobby Johnson is a Navajo artist who painted in Farmington, New Mexico in the late 1980's. In 1987 Johnson entered his work in the Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial and came out with nine awards. An original article about the artist is included with this painting dating from September, 1987. The image measures 7 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches.

Tom Yazzie- Navajo Folk Art Sculpture Artist- is known for his fine woodcarvings depicting Navajo scenes of silversmiths and weavers. Tom was born in Fort Defiance Arizona in 1930, he has been actively carving since the 1950’s. Tom carves and paints cottonwood, depicting scenes of daily and ceremonial life with great detail and realism. He has a piece in the Smithsonian's American Art Museum.
"Evening Light on the Main Needles" by Colorado artist Lance Mumma. The Needles mountains north of Durango, Colorado are a sight to behold. Folks driving north to Silverton, or that have been skiing at Durango Mountain Resort have surely been struck by their beauty. Measures a grand 60 inches by 43 inches and this includes the beautiful 7 inch frame that the painting is exhibited in.
"San Ildefonso Song"- Steve Forbis is an artist based out of Austin Texas, he has an emphasis on Native American subjects. Forbis is known for his fine colored pencil paintings, they are highly labor intensive. Pictured is dance at the Pueblo of San Ildefonso. This is a Giclee Iris print, it is signed by the artist and framed with a 6 inches natural wood frame.
"Arroyo shadows in the Sandias"- by Lance Mumma landscape artist of the Four Corners Area. Lance does field studies to capture the nuances of the landscape and then takes the study to his studio, to paint the larger oil paintings.
Qoqole Katchina arrives in December, to "open" up the Kivas for the other Katsinas. This dancer has a spruce bough neck piece and bird wings as part of his mask. A rattle in one hand and a dance stick in the other. He is meant to be hung on the wall.
Heoto Mana Kachina is a guard katsina that protects and oversees important rituals. The fearsome appearance with the tongue sticking out and large headdress, gives her the power to protect. The mask is removable.

Wonderful old style wall Katsina, carved out of wood and painted with pigments. The spruce bough neck piece is made from yarn. Measuring 8 inches tall.
"Talk A Little Louder"-Colorado artist Stanton Englehart paints the sky and mesas with passion. His oil paintings are abstract, intense, vibrant and visually capture the feeling one gets when viewing the vastness of the southwest landscape. Measuring 48 inches by 41 inches this oil painting has a small wood frame.
"Lizard Head Pass Willows". In the spring the willow trees along the water ways are a bright spring green. The evergreens lay between them and the mountains in the distance. The painting is framed in metallic gold.
