Traditionally used as a medicine bag, given to babies at birth. The turtle was given to the girls, and symbolized long life. This beaded fetish is decorated with green and bronze beads. Measures 3 1/2 inches long. Call about other colors we may have available.

Sioux bead work on leather with a hand made steel blade and wooden handled knife. The hand made knife has some rust on the blade. The sheath is in excellent condition. The seed beads are in navy and light blue, dusty pink and bronze on a white background.
